The 4 Companies of an amalgamated Grenadier-battalion was made up of the 9th and 19th companies of 2 different Regiments. So the facings would've been a combination of these 2 regiments while their pompoms would've been red. They were often sporting moustaches, sometimes with sideburns. Our representation again aims to combine the glory of 'en tenu' with the dynamics of a unit in the field.
